The Due Diligence Report Card has become a very effective tool for agents in placing impaired risk life insurance cases. This report card gives the agent the ability to show the client what today's life insurance marketplace says about the client's insurability.
Not all carriers are the same in the underwriting of one's life and not all carriers price their life insurance products the same. The Due Diligence Report Card looks at these two factors and gives the agent and client a single page report showing what rating the carriers have provided and what the premium is for their product. Using this report card can prove that an agent has done his due diligence for the client by finding the best premium, not necessarily the best underwriting class.
